Samuel Hlavaj (born 29 May 2001) is a Slovak professional ice hockey player who is a goaltender for the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League (NHL). Hlavaj has played for Slovakia senior team in the World Championships of 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. He also played in the 2026 Winter Olympics. Playing career Junior Hlavaj signed for Lincoln Stars of the United States Hockey League (USHL) during the 2018–19 season.
