Ondřej Palát (born 28 March 1991) is a Czech professional ice hockey winger and alternate captain for the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted in the seventh round, 208th overall, by the Tampa Bay Lightning at the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. Palát won the Stanley Cup back-to-back with the Lightning in 2020 and 2021. On 6 January 2014, Palát was named to the Czech Republic men's national ice hockey team to compete at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
